- Unreadable files (corrupted file),
- Distortion or other anomalies in the initially out-of-focus part of the photo,
- Lower quality than purchased (If you purchased Poster quality but received a file in Web quality).
Then you can contact SSHOTSS (we remind you that you have 24h after the purchase to notify us of a problem). Our technical team will get back to you as soon as possible.
ARE YOU SURE YOU HAVEN'T DOWNLOADED THE THUMBNAIL INSTEAD OF THE HIGH QUALITY FILE?
The images shown in the Image column of the download table in My Purchases page are thumbnails (lower quality), they are here as an indication, so you know to which photo each line corresponds. To download your photos in high quality, follow the indications of the article My Purchases Page / How can I download the photos I bought, how much time do I have?, do NOT download the thumbnails.
